2. S.J.R. 6 Joint Resolution Urging Legislative Approval for the Sale or Lease of Water Rights by the State Developmental Center (Dayton, M.)
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to amend S.J.R. 6 with Amendment #1. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-3.
