Chair Buxton called the meeting to order at 8:01 a.m.

MOTION:     Sen. Mayne moved to approve the minutes of February 13, 2017. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.

1. H.B. 80 State Technology Governance Amendments (Cutler, B. R.)

Rep. Cutler explained the bill.

MOTION:     Sen. Anderegg moved to pass H.B. 80 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.

MOTION:     Sen. Anderegg moved to place H.B. 80 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.

MOTION:     Chair Buxton moved to recess. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.

Chair Buxton called the meeting to order.

2. H.B. 104 Motor Vehicle Emission (Wilde, L.)

Rep. Wilde explained the bill.

MOTION:     Sen. Mayne moved to pass H.B. 104 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.

3. 3rd Sub. H.B. 56 Accessible Parking Amendments (Stratton, K.)

Rep. Stratton explained the bill.

George Chapman, citizen, spoke in favor of the bill.

Joyce Dalcourt, Legislative Coalition for People with Disabilities, spoke in favor of the bill.

Thomas Cantrell, Mayor's Advisory Council on Accessibility, spoke in favor of the bill and distributed a handout, Tenodesis.

MOTION:     Sen. Anderegg moved to pass 3rd Substitute H.B. 56 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-1.

MOTION:     Sen. Anderegg moved to place 3rd Substitute H.B. 56 on the Consent Calendar.

MOTION:     Sen. Anderegg moved to adjourn. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-1.

Chair Buxton adjourned the meeting at 8:35 a.m.
