Chair Dayton called the meeting to order at 9:20 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to approve the minutes for February 9 and 13. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0-2.

1. H.C.R. 14 Concurrent Resolution on Wildfire Issues (Perry, L.)
Rep. Perry explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hinkins moved to amend H.C.R. 14 with Amendment #1. The motion passed with a vote of 7-0-0.
