MOTION:     Rep. Potter moved to approve the minutes of the February 16, 2017, and February 21, 2017, meetings. The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-5.

MOTION:     Rep. Poulson moved to replace H.B. 380 with 1st Substitute H.B. 380. The motion passed with a vote of 10-0-3.
