1. H.B. 231 Educator Evaluation Amendments (Moss, J.)


Rep. Jefferson Moss explained the bill with the assistance of Ms. Angie Stallings, Deputy Superintendent, Utah State Board of Education.


Ms Jeannie Rowland, Educator Effectiveness Coordinator, Utah State Board of Education, spoke in favor of the bill.


Ms. Rita Heagren, American Federation of Teachers Granite School District, spoke to the bill.


Dr. Sara Jones, Utah Education Association, spoke to the bill.
