Chair Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:04 a.m.
1. S.B. 102 Utah Student Privacy Act (Mayne, K.)
Sen. Karen Mayne explained the bill.
Rep. Coleman assumed the chair.
Mr. Brad Asay, President, American Federation of Teachers of Utah, spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Hutchings moved to pass S.B. 102 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-6.

MOTION: Rep. Fawson moved to hold H.B. 305. The motion passed with a vote of 10-0-4.
