Chair Dunnigan called the meeting to order at 8:06 a.m.

1. H.B. 157 Homeowners Association Revisions (Knotwell, J.)

Rep. Knotwell explained the bill assisted by Mr. Mike Ostermiller, Utah Association of Realtors.

Mr. John Morris, speaking on behalf of CAI Legislative Action Committee, spoke in opposition to the bill.

Ms. Cindy Spillane, HOA manager, spoke in favor of the bill.
