Chair Ipson called the meeting to order at 4:12 p.m.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to approve the minutes. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-4.
1. H.B. 188 Local Historic District Amendments (Wilson, B.)
Rep. Wilson explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass H.B. 188 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-2.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to place H.B. 188 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-2.
2. 1st Sub. H.B. 119 School Board Midterm Replacement Process (Pulsipher, S.)
Rep. Pulsipher explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 119 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-2.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to place 1st Substitute H.B. 119 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-2.
