Sen. Mayne explained the bill assisted by Mr. Dennis Lloyd, General Counsel, Workers Compensation Fund.

2. H.B. 303 State Building Amendments (Hemingway, L.)

MOTION:     Rep. Webb moved to amend H.B. 303 with Amendment #1. 

 

1.    Page 1, Lines 12 through 14:   

 

12         provides that, under certain circumstances, a building owned by a state government

13entity or by a political subdivision shall provide diaper changing facilities if the

14building is newly constructed or

  a bathroom in the building is  
renovated.

 

2.    Page 2, Lines 37 through 42:   

 

37   (f) A new footnote j is added to the table as follows: "FOOTNOTE j: A building

38owned by a state government entity or by a political subdivision of the state that allows access
