Chair Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Fawson moved to approve the minutes of February 27, 2017. The motion passed unanimously.
1. 1st Sub. S.B. 149 Financial Education and Savings Plan to Benefit At-risk Children (Fillmore, L.)
MOTION: Rep. Fawson moved to refer the bill to the House Economic Development and Workforce Services Committee. The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-6.
