1. H.B. 448 Community Reinvestment Amendments (Peterson, J.)
Rep. J. Peterson presented the bill.
Mr. Randy Sant, who works with redevelopment agencies, including Ogden City, spoke in favor of the bill.
Mr. George Chapman, resident, spoke in favor of the bill.
Rep. Daw assumed the chair.
MOTION: Rep. Perry moved to pass H.B. 448 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 7-0-3.
