1. 3rd Sub. H.B. 217 Livestock Harassment (Chew, S.)

2. 1st Sub. H.B. 301 Canal Safety Amendments (Sandall, S.)

Rep. Sandall explained the bill.

MOTION:     Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes for March 1, 2017.

The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-3.

MOTION:     Sen. Christensen moved to pass 3rd Substitute H.B. 217 out favorably.

3. H.B. 372 Candidate Replacement Amendments (Arent, P.)

MOTION:     Sen. Christensen moved to pass H.B. 372 out favorably.

The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-3.

4. 2nd Sub. H.B. 293 Mountainous Planning District Amendments (Schultz, M.)
