1. 3rd Sub. H.B. 115 Solid Waste Revisions (McKell, M.)


Rep. M. McKell explained the bill assisted by Mr. Scott Anderson, Director, Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control, Utah Department of Environmental Quality.

 

MOTION:     Sen. Ipson moved to amend 3rd Substitute H.B. 115 with Amendment #3. 

 

1.    Page 3, Lines 59 through 62:   

 

59   (3) (a) (i) No person may own, construct, modify, or operate any facility or site
