Vice Chair Hall called the meeting to order at 2:01 p.m.

1. S.B. 251 Local Government Criminal Penalty Amendments (Thatcher, D.)

Sen. Thatcher explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Brandon Smith, Legislative Research Analyst, Utah League of City and Towns.

MOTION: Rep. Pitcher moved to pass S.B. 251 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 11-0-2.
