Chair Anderegg called the meeting to order at 9:42 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Buxton moved to approve the minutes of March 3, 2017. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-4.

Mr. Gary Scheller, Utah Office for Victims of Crime, spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to pass 2nd Substitute H.B. 222 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 3-0-4.
