Chair Eliason called the meeting to order at 4:40 p.m.

1. 1st Sub. S.B. 83 Sales Tax Notification Amendments (Harper, W.)

MOTION:     Rep. Quinn moved to approve the minutes of the February 28, 2017 and March 2, 2017 meetings.

The motion passed with a vote of 6-0-6.

2. H.B. 446 Sentencing Guidelines Amendments (Ivory, K.)

Rep. Ivory explained the bill assisted by Ms. Jennifer Hughes and Ms. Rhiannon Cluff.
