MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to approve the minutes from the March 3, 2017, meeting. The motion passed with a vote of 9-0-3.

1. 2nd Sub. S.B. 50 Automobile Insurance Registry Amendments (Fillmore, L.)


Sen. Lincoln Fillmore presented the bill with the assistance of Mr. David Purinton.

 

MOTION:     Rep. Ray moved to amend 2nd Substitute S.B. 50 with Amendment #2 as follows:

 

1.    Page 1, Lines 11 through 13:
