         In light of Legislative rule IR2-2-103, which states that "each interim committee shall devote part of its May interim meeting to long-term planning for the areas over which the committee has jurisdiction," the committee will consider the long-term view for Utah Health Care reform.

         The following statutes will repealed in accordance with the Legislative Oversight and Sunset Act: Section 31A-22-642, Insurance coverage for autism spectrum disorder (January 1, 2019); Subsection 62A-15-1101(5), Suicide prevention -- Reporting requirements (July 1, 2018); and Title 63C, Chapter 18, Mental Health Crisis Line (July 1, 2018).

10:45         8.      Medicaid MMIS Update

         In 2014, the Legislature expressed its intent that the Department of Health report quarterly to the Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst on the project to replace the Medicaid Management Information System. The committee will receive the department's report.
