Waiver – Update
The Task Force will
be briefed on the status of the state’s recent Medicaid waiver requests.
1:25 3. Behavioral Healthcare
The task force will
consider draft legislation it requested in August to put the base budget for
Medicaid behavioral healthcare services on par with the base budget for other
Medicaid healthcare services.
1:40 4. Health Insurance – 2018 Premiums, Exchange
Participation, and Market
Stabilization
The Task Force will receive
reports on 2018 health insurance premiums and participation by insurers in the
two health insurance exchanges required by federal Affordable Care Act.

Associations
The task force will
receive a report from its Guaranty Association Workgroup and consider any
recommendations by the workgroup.
