6. Justice Reinvestment Initiative (JRI)

Utah Code 62A-15-103 requires the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health to collaborate with the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice (CCJJ) in analyzing data and providing recommendations. CCJJ compiles a report of findings based on data submitted by the division and other agencies. The highlights from the 'JRI 2nd Annual Report' will be presented.

7. Lawsuits that Challenge the Constitutionality of State Law

Utah Code 67-5-1 requires the Office of the Attorney General to prepare a written report on the status and progress of any lawsuits that challenge the constitutionality of state law.

8. Driving Under the Influence (DUI)

Utah Code 41-61-511 requires the courts and the Department of Public Safety to collect DUI related data. The Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice prepares an annual DUI report.
