2.    Performance Audit of Statewide Investigative Functions

The committee will receive a presentation from the Office of the Legislative Auditor General on their report, A Performance Audit of Statewide Investigative Functions. The committee will also receive a response to the audit from the Office of the Attorney General and the Department of Public Safety.

4.    Impact of Corrections Education Programs on Recidivism

The committee will receive a report from the Department of Corrections on how corrections education programs have affected recidivism rates in Utah.

5.    Off-Duty Law Enforcement Work

The Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice will provide their annual report on the Justice Reinvestment Initiative.
