Sexual Violence Reporting and Due Process

Law Judges
Utah Code Title 67, Chapter 19e,
Administrative Law Judges, gives the Department of Human Resource Management duties
for some oversight of administrative law judges (ALJs), with some exceptions. The
Committee will explore issues relating to ALJs and their ability to make fair decisions
independent from the agency for which they work.
