4.    Draft Legislation “Employers’ Reinsurance Fund Amendments

The committee will consider draft legislation that directs the Division of Finance to transfer any remaining assets to the Uninsured Employers’ Fund after the state pays all liabilities from the Employers’ Reinsurance Fund.

The committee will consider draft legislation that adopts, with amendments, the 2018 edition of the International Fire Code, the 2016 edition of the National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code, and the National Fire Protection Association’s 2016 Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems.
