§62A-15-103 requires the Division of Substance
Abuse and Mental Health to collaborate with the Commission on Criminal and
Juvenile Justice (CCJJ) in analyzing data and providing recommendations. CCJJ
compiles a report of findings based on data submitted by the division and other
agencies. The highlights from the 'JRI 3rd Annual Report' will be presented.

Sub. H.B. 254, "Campus Sexual Violence Reporting " [bill did
NOT pass], would have enacted provisions relating to reports of sexual violence
