6.    Barriers to Workforce Entry: Childcare shortage

The committee will discuss draft legislation, “Workforce Development Incentives Amendments,” and related issues, including how the lack of quality childcare options intersects with the state’s workforce shortage. The draft legislation is a refile of 2019 General Session H.B. 333.
