Sections 59-7-159 and 59-10-137 require
the Revenue and Taxation Interim Committee each year to review certain tax
credits and make recommendations concerning whether the tax credits should be
continued, modified, or repealed.
The tax credits under review in this meeting
are authorized in 59-7-610, 59-10-1007, and 59-10-1018.
