2. Review
and Consider Policy Proposals
During the “Study Phase,” numerous
potential policy options were analyzed and presented to the task force for study.
The task force will review and consider several tax restructuring policy
proposals submitted by members of the task force.
Each proposal will be considered in the
following format:
o
Staff
presentation of policy and fiscal impacts;
o
Sponsor summation of his/her proposal;
o
Task force questions and comments;
o
Public comments.
After consideration of all
proposals, the task force may take action to amend, if necessary, and approve
a recommended proposal.
