2019 General
Session H.B. 387, Boards and Commissions Amendments, reduced the size of the
Native American Legislative Liaison Committee from 11 to eight members, and
also established a committee sunset date of July 1, 2022. This legislation
increases the committee’s size back to 11 and removes the sunset date.

the tribal leaders with which the Division of Indian Affairs is to coordinate
meetings.
