The committee will consider draft legislation, “Physician Assistant Mental Health Practice Amendments,” which allows a physician assistant to specialize in psychiatric mental health and defines the requirements and scope of practice for this specialization

5.    Draft Legislation “Physician Assistant Act Amendments”

The committee will consider draft legislation, “Physician Assistant Act Amendments,” which amends the scope of practice for physician assistants and authorizes physician assistants and their employers to be eligible for direct payment by all public and private insurers.

6.    Draft Legislation “Condominium and Community Association Regulation Amendments

The committee will consider draft legislation, Condominium and Community Association Regulation Amendments, which prevents a condominium or homeowners association from prohibiting a condominium unit or lot owner from installing a personal security camera on the owner's unit or structure on the owner's lot.
