· G. Tooter Ogden is appointed to replace Irene Hansen as a member to the Permanent Community Impact Board, a term to expire July 1, 2024. See Utah Code § 35A-8-304 UCA.

· Glade Nielson is appointed to replace G. Tooter Ogden as a member to the Permanent Community Impact Board, a term to expire June 30, 2025. See Utah Code § 35A-8-304 UCA.

3. Review of Gubernatorial Nominations to the Utah Arts Advisory Board

· Larry Cesspooch is appointed to replace Ken Verdoia as a member of the Utah Arts Advisory Board, a term to expire June 30, 2025. See Utah Code § 9-6-301 UCA.
