Consideration of the Appointment of Joel
Ferry as the Executive Director of the
Department of Natural Resources
The
governor has nominated Joel Ferry as the Executive Director of the Department
of Natural Resources (see Utah Code 79-2-202(1)(a)). The committee will discuss the nominee’s
qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to
recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.
