3. Advanced Air Mobility Report (45 minutes)

The committee will receive a presentation from a working group convened by the Utah Department of Transportation to study current laws in the state and identify potential changes to state law necessary to facilitate the development of advance air mobility operations in the state (Section 72-1-216.1).

4. State Aircraft Overview (30 minutes)

The committee will receive information about the state’s fleet and usage including all fixed and rotary wings and information on pilot training programs offered at state universities.

The committee will review methods for charging for use of the state airplane fleet (Section 72-1-216.1).
