· Approval of the minutes of the February 15, 2023, meeting

2. Alpine School District Operating Procedures

The committee will receive presentations from staff and stakeholders on Alpine School District’s operating procedures, as well as proposed school closures and boundary changes, in an effort to oversee the provisions created in Utah Code Section 53G-4-402 along with multiple pieces of legislation from the most recent general session.

3. Equal Opportunity in High School Athletics

The committee will receive presentations from staff and stakeholders on the status of oversight by state entities as it pertains to equal opportunity and federal Title IX protections for students and student-athletes in public education.

4. Department of Transportation Procurement Rules

The committee will receive presentations from staff and stakeholders on administrative rules and policies related to procurement at the Department of Transportation and investigate whether those policies align with the Legislature’s intent in Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Procurement Code.

5. Insurance Department Licensee Oversight

The committee will receive presentations from staff and stakeholders on the Insurance Department’s procedures for overseeing licensees and responding to complaints from consumers.
