2. Review
of the Gubernatorial Appointment of John Harvey as a member of the Public
Service Commission
The
governor has appointed John Harvey as a member of the Public Service Commission,
a term set to expire March 1, 2029. See Utah Code 54-1-1.5.
The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public
comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to
the full Senate.
