6.    Predator Control Program

7.    Sunset Review: Agricultural and Wildlife Damage Prevention Board

The committee will conduct a sunset review of Sections 4-23-104 and 4-23-105, which create the Agricultural and Wildlife Damage Prevention Board. If the Legislature takes no action, the Agricultural and Wildlife Damage Prevention Board will sunset July 1, 2024.

8.    Sunset Review: Coal Miner Certification Panel
