Tenancy Presumption Amendments," which would provide that an ownership
interest in real estate granted to two persons in their own right is presumed
to be a joint tenancy with rights of survivorship unless otherwise declared in
the grant.

Draft Legislation "Electronic Voting Amendments"
The
committee will consider 2024 General Session draft legislation, "Electronic
Voting Amendments," which would authorize a registered voter assisting
with an emergency on the date of an election to cast an electronic ballot
under certain provisions.

4. Draft Legislation "Municipal
and Special District Election Amendments"
The committee
will consider 2024 General Session draft legislation, "Municipal and
Special District Election Amendments," which would modify the Election
Code, in relation to municipal and special district elections, to describe
election functions that are required to be performed by a county and those
that may be performed by a municipality or special district.
