Approval of the minutes of the November 13, 2023, meeting

The committee will consider draft
legislation, "Title Company Disclosure Requirements," which establishes a minimum net worth requirement for
agency insurance producers.

The committee will consider draft
legislation, "Insurance Department Complaint Amendments," which authorizes the Insurance Department to freeze the
trust account of agency producers with no active underwriter appointment.
4.
The committee will consider draft
legislation, "Charter School Accountability Amendments," which modifies provisions of the charter school
code by amending the compilation of the State Charter School Board, modifying
certain performance and accountability measures, provides charter schools
opportunity for review if found in noncompliance of charter standards, and
amends certain transfer of
operations requirements.
5.
The committee will discuss Department
of Transportation proposed administrative rule R940-11 in accordance with the
statutory requirement in Utah Code Section 72-2-123.
6.
The committee will consider draft legislation, "Reauthorization
of Administrative Rules," which reauthorizes all state agency administrative
rules.
