private company focused on commercializing the recycling of used nuclear fuel
to power modern day reactors. The committee will hear from the CEO an overview

the nuclear industry.

63N-17-203 states the Broadband Center is required to report to the Public

the broadband strategic plan by October 1, annually.

Section 63A-16-108
states the Chief Information Officer is required to report on the progress of creating
a pilot program for the implementation of digital verifiable credentials by
governmental entities to the Public Utilities, Energy, & Technology Interim
Committee by October 31, 2023. The CIO will also briefly discuss items related
to cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
