2.    Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Randal Smith as a Reappointed Member of the Real Estate Commission

The governor has nominated Randal Smith as a reappointed member of the Real Estate Commission (see Utah Code 61-2f-103(4)(b)(i)). The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.
