3.    Individual Child Welfare Cases

Utah Code Subsection 52-4-205(2)(b) requires the panel to close a meeting when the panel reviews and discusses an individual case, as described in Subsection 36-33-103(2). The meeting will be closed for a portion of this agenda item to discuss individual child welfare cases. Following the closed portion of the meeting, the meeting will be reopened to the public for any further discussion and action by the panel.

·         Motion to close the meeting to the public pursuant to Utah Code Subsection 52-4-205(2)(b) for the purpose of discussing individual child welfare cases.
