3.    Grand County Audit of Tourism Related Taxes

The committee will discuss recent audits of counties use of tourism related taxes.

5.    Station Area Plans Implementation Report

The committee will receive a report from the Wasatch Front Regional Council regarding the implementation of station area plans.  H.B. 462, 2022 General Session, authorized the creation of station area plans, requiring municipalities with a fixed-guideway transit station to develop a plan for that station and update its general plan and zoning to implement the station area plan.
