Sheila Srivastava is appointed to replace K. Wayne Cushing as an elected public treasurer

member for the State Money Management Council, a term to expire March 1, 2029. See Utah

Code 51-7-16(1)(b)(ii). The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.

3.    Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Matt Janke as a member of the Title and Escrow Commission

Matt Janke is appointed to replace Jeff Mathews as a member of the general public with an interest in title insurance and escrow matters for the Title and Escrow Commission, a term to expire June 30, 2029. See Utah Code 31A−2−403(1)(a)(iii). The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.

4.    Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Kim Cruz as a member of the Title and Escrow Commission

Kim Cruz is appointed to replace Kim Holbrook as a member who is an employee of a title insurer for the Title and Escrow Commission, a term to expire June 30, 2029. See Utah Code 31A−2−403(1)(a)(i). The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.
