2.    H.R.1 Summary of Energy Provisions 8:30 – 8:50AM

The committee will hear from the Office of Energy Development on key energy-related provisions in H.R.1.

3.    Urban Oil & Gas 8:50 – 9:15AM

The committee will hear about opportunities for CO2 storage in Utah and the possible associated benefits.

4.    Role of Renewables 9:15 – 10:00AM

In May, the committee approved “role of renewables” as a study item to examine; given the growing demand of power needs, what is the role of renewables in an overall energy portfolio?

5.    Cloverleaf Infrastructure 10:00 – 10:20AM

The committee will hear about Cloverleaf’s approach to advancing energy development projects.

6.    Enchanted Rock 10:20 – 10:40AM

The committee will review how Enchanted Rock’s on-site and flexible generation solutions may contribute to building a more resilient grid.

The committee will hear a presentation from Rep. Jack on the provisions in his GS2026 Solar Power Plant Amendments.
