The committee will study existing law and procedures related to voter registration and list maintenance.

4.    Signature Gathering and Verification

The committee will study electronic signature gathering and receive a demonstration of the electronic signature gathering platform.

The committee will receive a presentation on the following draft legislation:

·         "Signature Verification Revisions"

·         "Candidate Petition Amendments"

5.    Voter Identification

The committee will study voter identification law related to voting in person, including an analysis of federal case law, Utah’s current law, and a comparison of the law in other states.
