The committee will consider draft legislation, “Property Manager Amendments,” for inclusion in a potential special session.

The committee will receive a presentation from the Office of Professional Licensure Review on recommendations for statutory changes arising from its review of licensing for nursing and allied health professions.

4.    Kratom Regulation

The committee will receive a presentation from the Department of Agriculture and Food on the regulation of kratom products and recommendations for statutory changes in response to changes in the market. The committee, in collaboration with industry stakeholders, will consider policy changes related to the administration of kratom regulation, manufacturing, and product composition.
