2.    H.B. 40 (2025 General Session) Appropriation

H.B. 40 (2025 General Session) appropriated funding for school safety issues, and authorized the School Security Task Force, in coordination with the state security chief and the school safety center, to determine how some of the funding will be used. The Task Force will consider a request for a portion of this funding.
