Cybersecurity Standards for Local
Education Agencies
Utah Code Section 53-22-104.1 (created by H.B. 40, 2025 General Session) requires the School Security Task Force to study possible recommendations for minimum cybersecurity standards for local education agencies. The Task Force will hear presentations from various entities about cybersecurity issues at local education agencies.

Campus Safety
