2.    Legislation, "Election Amendments"

The committee will discuss 2025 Second Special Session legislation which would modify elections provisions to qualify for placement on a primary election ballot, including provisions related to the office of United States representative.

3.    Legislation, "Joint Resolution Amending Court Rules of Procedure"  

The committee will discuss 2025 Second Special Session legislation which would amend the Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure and the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.

4.    Legislation, "Appellate Court Jurisdiction Amendments"

The committee will discuss 2025 Second Special Session legislation which would amend and clarify the jurisdiction of Utah appellate courts.
