Community Impact Fund Board
Pending the advice and
consent of the Senate, the Governor has appointed Danny Van Wagoner to replace
Ralph Brown as a member who is a locally elected official from the county that
produced the most mineral lease money related to coal extraction, for the
Permanent Community Impact Fund Board, a term to expire May 27, 2030. See Utah
Code 35A-8-304(1)(j)(i).
