2.    Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Christopher Hansen as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board

Christopher Hansen is appointed to replace Jeffrey Morley as a member who is a state-certified general appraiser for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, a term to expire July 1, 2028. See Utah Code 61-2g-204(1)(a)(iii).

 

The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.

 

3.    Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Michael Brumble as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board

Michael Brumble is appointed to replace Kelle Smart Okazaki as a member who represents a mortgage lender, as defined in Utah Code Section 70D-2-102 for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, a term to expire July 1, 2030. See Utah Code 61-2g-204(1)(a)(vi)(B).

 

The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.

 

4.    Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Jared Preisler as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board

Jared Preisler is appointed to replace Keven Ewell as a member who is a state-certified residential appraiser for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, a term to expire July 1, 2030. See Utah Code 61-2g-204(1)(a)(ii).

 

The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.

 

5.    Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Joel Frost as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board

Joel Frost is appointed to replace Benjamin Brown as an alternate member for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, a term to expire July 1, 2028. See Utah Code 61-2g-204(1)(b).

 

The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.

 

 

 

6.    Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Steve Davidson as a member of the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board

Steve Davidson is appointed to replace Richard Sloan as a member who is a state-licensed appraiser, state-certified residential appraiser, or state-certified general appraiser for the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, a term to expire July 1, 2030. See Utah Code 61-2g-204(1)(a)(i).

 

The committee will discuss the nominee’s qualifications, may receive public comment, and will consider whether to recommend the nominee’s confirmation to the full Senate.
